Keks2000 Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 I would like to ask for my promised refund of import VAT which - to my surprise - I had to pay to receive a replacement for my faulty Corsair ONE. Ticket ID: 789122 I attached the invoice as discussed. As everything with my replacement thus far has gone disappointingly, I wanted to waste no time to request this refund both here and via the ticket because who knows how long it might otherwise take to get my money back.
