KNGKAOS Posted January 21, 2018 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Continually drops profiles, complains the profile on my Scimitar isn't the same when it is, loses access to my K55 all the time, making me unplug it and plug it back in to get access to it again. Creates random corrupt profiles on it's own that have chinese characters as the name of the profile? This is the second time I have had to reinstall it and I am having the same issues. Is there something wrong between Windows 10 and CUE that I should have known about before buying all this Corsair RGB equipment? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 What version are you using? There was a known release that corrupted profiles but that was resolved a while back. Do you have the Scimitar PRO? If so, reset the mouse. Unplug the mouse, Hold both the left and right click buttons down while connecting the mouse. This should remove the corrupted profiles. KNGKAOS Posted January 23, 2018 Author Share Posted January 23, 2018 Well, that worked as far as getting rid of the old profiles stored on the mouse itself. I noticed it has 3 default that come up afterward. I am hoping after deleting those and saving the one I created to the mouse will prevent old profiles from rearing their ugly heads again.
