Mrah Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 Hello I hace to send my cooling system ,because is not working well ,to the rma, but i don't have the original fans and i can't buy two new fans because that fans are not sell in my country. Can i send it without the fans and the rma will be accepted? Also they can take from the exchange product or repair it and send it to me without the fans. Sorry for muy english and any inconvenience. red-ray Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 There is an express RMA option in which Corsair send you the new cooler and then you return the old cooler, so if you opt for this then you could return the new fans with the old cooler.
