Default CUE: Kein Gerät gefunden

Hallo an Alle,

his post in English: Hello everyone, Today came my new headset, Corsair VOID (surround analog 3.5 mm USB Dolby 7.1) accordingly I have also downloaded the CUE, however, I was indicated that No device was found and that I should connect a device. I have my headset several times pure and rausgesteckt, PC restarted and other (older) versions of CUE downloaded but it did not help. That's why I hope I can help someone here

You will want to check Device Manager and make sure there are no errors or Unknown device entries.

Native language support for German can be found below if that is preferred;

Is the dongle connected and detected by Windows?
Have you tried the dongle on a different computer? Does it work fine?
