Force GT 480: video driver problem

Hello,

I have been trying to replace my system disk (currently a Force GT 120) with a larger "identical" one, a Force GT480 GB. I made a disk image, changed the disk, installed the image on the new disk, corrected the partition size to allow windows to see the whole physical disk space, and then everything looked good... except that the aero functions of W7 did not work (nor the advanced graphics such as games or DVD player).

The windows diagnostics said my graphics card was able to run aero, but had no driver ! I downloaded the latest nvidia package, installed it and lo! everything worked... until the next boot, when the aero functions are lost again, etc.

This is repetitive, and the only solution I have now is reinstalling the viideo driver at each boot: not acceptable.

i am currently back on the original GT 120GB, and everything is nice and stable, but the disk is still small.

Any idea to help would be appreciated
