solarity Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 We need more details. What is turning off? The lighting, the spinning of the blades, or both? It seems like what ever is going is when software is brought up. With the little information I have my best guess is that you have some lighting profile set with the lights off when icue is launched or have your fans to stop running with whatever software you are using to manage your fan speeds.
