Kopo942 Posted September 21, 2015 Share Posted September 21, 2015 Bought a new PC a few weeks ago, and decided to use the h100i GTX as my CPU cooler. I've noticed, that the pump is making a (somewhat loud) rattling sound on performance mode. Here's a recording of the sound. It starts with quiet mode switched on, and at about 0:15 I switched the pump to performance mode. First, I make an RMA request, and they tell me nothing about me having to pay the postage myself, and that it won't be refunded to me later on. FFS!
