Default Info about RMA

Hi, i've pending this RMA case: #5152469
My question is sending defective PSU is at my expense or Corsair expense?
I'm located in Spain and I have to send to Netherlands, which is very expensive I guess if it's at my expense.

Anyone can help me with this?

Shipping to them would be at your expense, unless the unit is less than thirty days old. They will pay to ship you a new one back


If that is the case you may want to call CS service by phone and ask them if there is anything they can do to help you with the charges. Being over seas, you can instal and use SKYPE to call the toll free number for nothing.

That number is listed under the main website page at the bottom under contact.
