I would like to ask about my RMA Status here.. because i can't contact with CS by e-mail. Around 2 months ago, i've been told by CS that i will get new replacement part
for my Carbide 500R (front panel)+ I DON'T have to sent back a damaged part. After that nothing realy happend yet.. Im bit worried so i checked my RMA Status on Corsair Site and I found that actually nothing goes forward with my case. What can I do, can anyone from CS help me?
