Sad Case #4719444

Hi,

I would like to ask about my RMA Status here.. because i can't contact with CS by e-mail. Around 2 months ago, i've been told by CS that i will get new replacement part for my Carbide 500R (front panel)+ I DON'T have to sent back a damaged part. After that nothing realy happend yet.. Im bit worried so i checked my RMA Status on Corsair Site and I found that actually nothing goes forward with my case. What can I do, can anyone from CS help me?

It would be best to call CS on the phone. Sorry, they do not monitor the tech support forums.

However, the system is often slow to update and some users get their items before the website updates.

Keep an eye out for the UPS man!

You can install SKYPE and call the toll free number listed under Contact on our web site for free, so it will not cost you a nickel or a dime.

We are open from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time Monday Through Friday Excluding Holidays.

Ok i called to CS it was hard a bit they talk so... fast :) will post when my replacement will be done.
