Poor RMA Service

Back in February I submitted an RMA request for my K70 that was plagued with dead LED's. The RMA was approved and I shipped it out. It finally arrived in the first week of March at Corsair's facility. Since then, I've been checking my RMA ticket online which only says "Processing". Given that it's been nearly a month, I called earlier today to see what the hold up was and was told that all models of the K70 are on back order till the end of July. Seriously, WTF Corsair? I understand that the K70 is a popular product but it is absolutely ridiculous that I am expected to wait five months for a replacement. :mad:

 

I used to have nothing but good things to say about Corsair's customer service but over the last year it's become quite a poor service.
