Everything seems to work fine and even with bluetooth the mouse works fine within Windows etc. However, the Corsair Utility Engine software says "No Device Detected" when I just have the mouse on Bluetooth. Thus, the programmed keys that I have set for it do not work on Bluetooth. Any ideas on how to fix this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
xMacias Posted March 15, 2018 Share Posted March 15, 2018 Hey, sorry but the CUE does not support Bluetooth connection with devices. If you need macro support, you'd need to save them to a Hardware profile and use the 2.4 Ghz connection. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
