K70 Scroll lock and Windows Lock

Hello, just received my K70 keyboard a few days ago and love it. Two questions though:

 

1. The scroll lock light won't stop flashing, and hitting scroll lock doesn't seem to do anything?

 

2. The windows button lock key also isn't disabling the windows key?

Change the keyboard to one of the "1/2/4/8" (this is millisecond polling rate,e.g. 1000 hz/500/250/125) switch slots. You probably have it on BIOS compatibility (the far right switch).

I had it on the "1" setting initially but switching it off 1 and back to it did the trick. Thanks a lot!

I'm having this same issue, but I don't have a clue what you're talking about with this solution. Can someone translate for me since I'm a noob please :(

There should be a switch near the cable coming out of the keyboard.

My K70 just did it this morning. I switched it from 1 to 2 and back to 1 and the scroll lock stopped flashing. I think it will do it again when the computer is power cycled again.

I guess it's going to be a matter of trial and error to find out what switch setting you need depending on your BIOS/motherboard/computer.

 

(we really need a full manual for this board)

Mine did the same, another symptom was that the windows key lock wasn't working. I swithched to 2 and back to one with the keyboard plugged in and it sorted itself. Thanks!
