Unable to access Corsair Support via Mobile

Hi,

 

Whenever I try to access corsair support via mobile I get this sales force error(check the screen shot).

 

The error occurs when I trying open the ticket and its happening in both platform iOS and Android. When I tap to "switch to full site" again its redirect to tickets page and if I click on ticket same error will come.

Switching to desktop mode is a temporary setting in your browser, and this is different than clicking a link on a website that says switch to full site.

 

On Chrome, click the 3 dots in the top right and select Request Desktop Site.

On Safari, hold down on the refresh icon and then select Request Desktop Site.
