SuperFrustrated Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 I am at my wits end here, the mouse seemed to just conk out overnight. It still lights up when plugged into my laptop, so the cord isn't broken, but the cursor does not move at all no matter what I do. I tried reinstalling the firmware, but it told me to update the drivers. I tried to do that and it said that the mouse isn't plugged in even though it is. I have no clue where to go from here, I have tried all four of my usb ports which have all worked fine in the past, but to no avail. Please don't tell me to plug it in somewhere else, as I don't have any other computer. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
