phrost
So, I managed to get my H100i v2 successfully installed (top mount with Corsair Vengeance LPX) in my 460x crystal and it's been working fine for months. However, I've been following the development of AMD's new Vega and it looks like their top model (XTX?) might include an AIO cooler. I'm assuming it'll be 120mm. Do you guys have any experience installing hybrid coolers in this case? I'm assuming that rear mount would be the best, but I don't know if I'll have the clearance for it. Current plan is to order it anyway (probably order both the top model and the one just under it) and test it... but if you guys have any experience you want to share that would be great. Corsair Blake
Hello there! As you can see here, I was able to mount the Hydro GFX radiator in the rear fan slot. However, that was only possible due to the H100i V2's radiator being up front and just fans up top. So in your case, I would place the 120mm cooler in either the top or middle fan up front. phrost
Such a crampy little case to work in. Ok, I'll consider that.. thanks. I'm also assuming that the top SKU Vega will also be available through AIB partners without a hybrid cooler.. although maybe I should get one. Need to think about it :eyebuldge
