Faulty AX 860i - unable to login to support site

Trying to log into Support site with valid user/ pass but keep getting:

}

 

Anyway:

 

Summary:Corsair AX860i boot loop / power off Full Details:

 

Would I be able to get an RMA number for this product as it regularly (3x a day) keeps powering off and then giving me a 1 second boot loop. I have to keep turning it off disconnecting all cables going to the PSU and doing a CMOS reset on the mobo in order to get the pc to boot again. On Some occasions when this happens the test indicator light also goes red. From what i have seen this is a common issue with some of these particular PSU's. I did look into rma with Corsair but it's down for maintenance.

 

I have been running my system fine now for almost a 2months using alternative supply (Corsair TX 850). <-- fixed this one myself due to having 2 known issues :[pouts:

 

PS i have not physical receipt other than being able to do a print screen of my Overclockers.co.uk order.

Please can you provide RMA for repair and please advise if you only need the PSU or cables aswell ?
