Danzio Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 Hi there, Had 1500v1 headset for about a year now with no issues, however lately trying to use the software it won't work, at all. I've tried uninstalling the software, but everytime it tries to it makes my pc hang, like stop, stone dead. I can't even use the reset button to reboot and have to manually do a hard reset using the back of my psu's switch. :mad: I've tried uninstalling the drivers from device manager but that solves nothing, I can't even use the 7.1 or 5.1 surround as a result and now they're just a generic pair of headphones. Anyone got any idea what the hell is going on here? It's got me seriously frustrated, and i'm normally an active advocate between friends for corsairs products, lately however the software side of things just seems to have gone to pot!
