Default Unable to boot with XMP @3000MHz with CMR16GX4M2C3000C15 and MSI Z170A

Had to run XMP @2800 to get to boot.
Have run other RAM @3000.
Link v4.6.0.86
MB BIOS 1.D0,newest.
Haven't found SPD Write option in BIOS yet.
First DIMM not accessible by LINK.

EDIT - Have returned RAM. Didn't work on an MSI Z170A or an ASUS Z170I.

Did you check the voltage on the memory with XMP enabled? Those sticks should be at 1.35v right?
