alphasig298
Hey everyone, I bought myself a HS1 right around Christmas. I haven't had any issues with the unit until last night when for some strange reason my mic quit working. I haven't changed any settings, however, there is now just a strong static noise when ever the mic is enabled. Anyways, I'm a 99.9% sure that the unit is defective. However, I could be overlooking something so any thoughts that anyone might have would be greatly appreciate. One last thing, does anyone else think that the audio levels favor the high end of the spectrum to much. I find many times that I find the audio to "tinny" and when I use the EQ either the bass becomes muffeled or the drivers distort. Thanks again Alphasig298
alphasig298
Update: So I unplugged my headset and plugged it back into the computer using a different USB port. However, now the mic is very quite. This leads me to believe that this is a driver issue more so than a defective product. But I could be wrong.
