l3cok Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Hello, I just put all usb of the void SE, but i can't see the headset in corsair utility engine, then i can't adjust any settings like lights. The wireless headset working well, but only in stereo, and only recognized by windows but without lights on headphones and without lights on mic. My CUE version is the last 1.11.85. l3cok Posted October 17, 2015 Author Share Posted October 17, 2015 The headset was recognized on my laptop in CUE, i could change lights i updated firmware to 33.0 and i could adjust the sound. On desktop it's not working. CUE won't recognized the headset. However, windows recognized it and it can works, there is sound in headset, but not recognized by CUE then i can't adjust lights and dolby. I tried to put usb on 2.0 and 3.0 same result and i used now on my 2 computers win 10 and cue 1.11.85. Thanx for help me guys. That's make me a little crazy. l3cok Posted October 18, 2015 Author Share Posted October 18, 2015 Thanx for your help. I tried what you said, but it' s always not working. I uninstalled the windows driver, i uninstalled CUE too. I disabled automatic driver installation by windows. I restarted the system. I installed CUE. I reconnected the headset. But ntohing about a headset in CUE.
