can't enter credit card info for advanced RMA

Hi, I clicked on the link in my ticket to enter my credit card info, and all it does is give me a box to check if I want my cc info saved. There are no fields to actually enter the numbers. Tried Chrome and Edge browsers. So, I called customer service and they said they can't add it over the phone. How can I add it?

I keep getting a pop-up from Corsair saying that I have and "invalid address/phone number". I've tried changing it (in the edit my profile section) slightly with no success. I've used this address countless times before for shipping/credit card purposes.

 

Anyone know a work-a-round?
