Ticket response

Hello I have a defective ram stick so made a RMA request ticket 4 or 5 days ago and have not heard anything back, it said they would get back within 2 days when I made the ticket.

Any one know if this is normal or do I need to send another ticket / contact support again ?

Thank you for your response on my ticket it has been approved for a standard RMA, would it be possible to make this an advanced RMA ?

I work from home and NEED my pc so to be honest the ticket process time has not given me much confidence in your turn around time either so would rather pay to have the easy option with no pc down time to speak of
