Why can't I attach .LOG files?

Given that the Corsair Link 4 log file is called Service_Trace.log please can the allowed extensions to extended to include .LOG?

Further when I download the file attached to http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=888796 it ends up as attachment.php which is a PITA as I can't just open it and need to do [Save As]. Why is this and can it be fixed please?

I think I have provided all the information you need, please let me know if more is needed.

Try now. Looks like it's an old bug in IE regarding content types. It's set correctly on our end, but I've tried something. Worst case, just add the forum to your Compatibility View settings.

I noted the .LOG icon and a few others is missing, do you need to add the icons at your end?

Still no luck with IE11 unless I set compatibility

Yeah, it's the browser at this point then. There's just no other Mime types to try for a text file. I set it to unknown at one point, which means it's completely up to the browser to look at the file and determine it, and it's just not doing it correctly. Everything I've found screams it's just a bug with IE 11, and adding a site to the compatibility site list is the easiest fix.

OK, I think we have tried hard enough and it time to give up and set compatibility mode.

BTW is there a list of which colours are allowed in [color=<name>] please? I can guess some, but it would be handy to know what is possible.

I found http://services.runescape.com/m=foru...9,877,64690220 and [snow] that syntax does not work [/snow], should it?
