B41T
I've been reading the forums for months now waiting and waiting for Corsair to fix this issue with the Vengeance ram modules and corsair link only being able to control the LED on one stick. Corsair, seriously... fix this already.
Techpilot88
No kidding, I am having the same problem. Corsair will no longer get my money on my next ram upgrade.
B41T
Bumping for resolution... At least address that there is an issue, Corsair.
red-ray
At least address that there is an issue, Corsair. For Corsair not to even comment on this is rather poor and shows the usual lack of Professional Diligence. As for Corsair fixing issues then http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=742713 has been a know issue for over 24 months and a fix is no closer. hellbinder
Why can't this work for us too?!?! Go to 1:19 to see what i mean. [ame] [/ame]
davemon50
Is this a problem with certain MoBo's, or with only some of the Vengeance LED configurations, or all of them? Any idea? It's one of the chips I've been looking at. What specific arrangement are you having issues with, on what MB?
hellbinder
Asus 170-a here. Supposedly the corsair link software is in alpha mode or some stuff like that. I don't know if EVERYONE is having the same issue but seems to be a lot of people so far...actually haven't heard of anyone saying it's working fine. This is just the being led the issue. betrumotro
Mine were working fine and now all of a sudden one stick is stuck with the lights off. The stick closest to the CPU can still be changed through the software. I tried uninstalling Link and reinstalling it, that second stick will not light up. With Link installed, if I shut down then turn back on, both sticks work until Windows logs in, then the second stick shuts off (the first one is still lit). Without Link installed, both sticks work but once Windows logs in both sticks shut off. Mobo is ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E.
scenicroadways
Have had the same problem since I bought them in August. Can only make one stick static and only one stick shows up in the software. This is getting ridiculous.
red-ray
This is getting ridiculous. It's been ridiculous from day one. You could try my SIV utility and see if it does any better, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=888742
B41T
Update: This is still a god damned issue. Better yet, they've introduced more issues (at least for me, and probably everyone else with a Kaby Lake CPU) with their latest Corsair Link release. Going forward, I'm going to make sure I let anyone know who ask me to avoid Corsair products.
repo79
Im fed up to say the least. I think Im going to sell the 2x8 stickes and go with g skill. I just built a $2,800 system and for something to not work and to continue to sell it is dumb.
