ICUE doesnt detect h115i after hibernate

Recommended Posts

Make sure you kill the iCUE app and the two Corsair Services in the Task Manager before restarting. Waking from sleep can cause the service to hang sometimes. I am not surprised hibernate causes issues.

*In v.3.6 there is a new "restart iCUE service" button in the settings/general panel. However, typically when I wake from sleep the app is not responsive, so this doesn't really help. Not sure if you have app control when waking from hibernate.

A bit of a thread mine, but is there a roadmap for this being resolved?

Seems like a clear cut defect in iCUE to not work after resuming from sleep or hibernation, which are very legitimate Windows features to be using regularly.
