any of you guys have good luck with the corsair twinx1027-3200ll pro in an epox 8rda(lastest bios )because I just bought some new corsair Twinx1024 3200ll. I had my rig oc to a fsb184(Ran Mem in sync with fsb) and it was stable as far as I could tell. It could run prime95 for hours and it was cool. now all of a sudden I can't even run prime for a 1min because it fails.. the killer is it will even fail, under a 1min, when I set it back to stock fsb 166 and even set the mem timmings to 6-3-2-2. any thoughts? as to why it won't even stay stable at 166? so to see if it was really the ram I put back in my 2 sticks of corsair xms DDR2700(that twinx was going to replace) back in and so far prime is running fine. so does this sound like an incompatibility or is the ram bad? P.s I even tried to increase my vdim volt to 2.77 still had no effect.

I tested each stick and I found one of the sticks was failing memtester86 with 1 error on test 4 and 11 on test 6, then when I tested the other stick it ran throught 2 complete passes of memtester86 and ran prime for 2 hours.. so I think I had a bad stick.. I'm RMAing it back to newegg.com now.

It's epox 8rda, Cpu Athlon Xp 2600+ fsb 166, ram timmings 6-3-2-2. after I posted last time. I ran memtester86 on each stick(having only one stick in bank 0, I used the same bank when I tested the other stick) and one stick fails on test 4 with 1 error and again on test 6 with 11 errors, when I tested the other stick it ran 2 complete passes total time of 48mins with no errors and the good stick was able to run prime95 or 2 hours. so that is what I discovered.. also for my tested I ran the same settings it was failing on too I didn't change anything. fsb 166 & timmings 6-3-2-2.

And you have the memory Freq set to 100% correct? if not please set it to 100% or 1-1 and see if that helps. Otherwise for the RMA lets try replacing the modules. Please send us a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Warranty@corsairmemory.com. Or you can also use the On Line RMA Request Form as well. If after 1 day or 24 hours excluding weekends you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.

In my motherboards Bios I had the mem feq is set to auto because I was wanted to run memory and cpu in sync at 166 fsb so does that answer your question?
