Naeem Posted April 7, 2018 Share Posted April 7, 2018 good day. recently ive been having a problem, initially my "W" key stopped showing red on the RGB lighting. then next the "delete" key stopped showing red, so when i make the keyboard full red the delete key does not light up, i have updated the software and the firmware in the CUE application but it does not solve the problem. also when i try to use corsair support it says my email is already registered but when i click the resend password option i have not gotten an email for it.
