kub
Hello, I am thinking about changing my old ATI 5850 for a new one. All new video cards have 8 pins power input (at least one sometimes 2), and my still working hx520 (bought in 2008 :) ) does not have this kind of cables just one 6 pins. I have searched on-line, on corsair website I just found "compatible" cables and not shipped outside US/CA...And well not cheap.... Tried to found it in local stores (I'm french), on corsair resellers list... no one sell CB65HXPC2 cables any more... So my question is, are these cables existing somewhere for a decent price or should I change my PSU ? thx Alex
kub
just to reply to myself, I found in the original box of the psu (yes I store this kind of stuff) the cable I needed. But no ressellers found for old PSU... anyway it's solved :)

In the worst case, you could use an adapter to get the 8-pin PCI-e connector you need.
