It acts like I go to far out of range for even it to have a connection. But if I have the USB cable connect to it, the headset works fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted February 7, 2016 Share Posted February 7, 2016 Could be wireless interference or a bad dongle or headset. If you have any wireless devices near the dongle and headset, temporarily turn it off or move it to another room and see if that helps. Elmatoor Posted February 8, 2016 Author Share Posted February 8, 2016 I got this problem after a update to the headset. It did work fine before that. I haven't made any changes in my room or to my computer. So I think something with the update did something to it. I have uninstalled the drivers a couple of times and it still do not work.
