Void Wireless headset loses connection and reconnect.

My headset beeps as it loses connection and then beeps again and reconnects.

It acts like I go to far out of range for even it to have a connection.

But if I have the USB cable connect to it, the headset works fine.

Could be wireless interference or a bad dongle or headset.

 

If you have any wireless devices near the dongle and headset, temporarily turn it off or move it to another room and see if that helps.

Try the headset on anther computer as well and see if the connection issue is still present.

I got this problem after a update to the headset. It did work fine before that.

I haven't made any changes in my room or to my computer.

So I think something with the update did something to it.

 

I have uninstalled the drivers a couple of times and it still do not work.

Have you tried repairing the headset to the dongle?

Have you tried reflashing the firmware?

I have tried it now. I hope it works. I will write when I have used the headset for a while and see.

If you're still having the disconnecting issue, submit an RMA and PM me your RMA number.

It works better now. It does not happen as much now. When it beeps it just do it once.

It can be a long time before it happens again. I will submit an RMA if it gets worse again. Thanks for the help.
