Return item for RMA shipping costs. RMA ticket # 648734

So I was told that I should ship my item to Taiwan for RMA. My issue here is that the postage costs or the shipping fee cost in shipping my item here in the Philippines to Taiwan for RMA is very very expensive. As I was inquiring for shipping fees here in our city like Air21/Fedex, it would cost more than half the price of my item, and it is very much inconvenient for me to pay that amount knowing that I did not personally break my item. So would Corsair help me with the costs of the courier or any form of compensation before I ship my item to them. Thank you

My item is a Corsair Strafe RGB which had unresponsive keys and sometimes would repeatedly spam the unresponsive keys without being typed.
