koz Posted December 13, 2017 Share Posted December 13, 2017 hello all i need help plz , i m french ,so soryy for my English :p Good morning to all, j had recently acquired a helmet of game corsair ((corsair void rgb Wireless dolby 7. 1 gaming headset); Being worries that without the dongle I n succeed not in making work the helmet he n is admitted in peripherals Windows but once on the cable it charges qd even. : my wife having walked on the dongle :( I n arrive more has make work this helmet, isn't there a means to make it work by cable only??? This is an easy fix, and our technical support staff can help you out after you submit a ticket through our support site: http://support.corsair.com Our wireless headsets will only work with the dongle.
