Default Error with Scimitar Pro RGB

Keep getting a error with the Scimitar... Refer to screen shot. Have no idea on how to fix it. Any help appreciated thanks!

Does it work fine when unplugged and reconnected?

If not, create a ticket and we'll throw you the firmware, as it could be a firmware issue with the mouse.

Normally it works fine after i restart the icue software. The icon temporarily goes back to normal.

Any help on this issue? It works fine for 5-10 mins after i disconnect and reconnect it. Then the issue reoccurs.

Also getting this
2019-03-04T01:50:48 W cue.event_listenners.mouse_event_listener: Wrong mouse move event in calibration process: CorsairDevice("SCIMITAR PRO RGB")
Any help would be appreciated

Pulled out my mouse from storage and tested it. Updated the firmware and ran calibration. No errors so far.

Maybe the mouse firmware is corrupt. Have you tried forcing firmware update again? Do update to the latest software version, it might fix the problem.
