Strafe RGB Keyboard Suddenly Stopped Working

I was mid game, when my keyboard just completely stopped working. The computer doesn't seem to recognize it at all. I had my phone plugged in through the keyboards USB port at the time. I also just recently updated Windows, but not sure what exactly the update was. Not sure if I can "reset" the keyboard, I just saw somewhere that holding ESC while plugging in would do that. Now the default lights come on, but still no recognition from my computer. Any ideas? I really appreciate it.

I let it sit for a few hours and then it randomly started working again. I'd appreciate any tips for if this happens again, or feel free to delete this thread.

could be your USB ports, reinstall the drivers and everything, and also check to see if the usb shuts off to save power, theres an option for that somewhere i believe in device manager and click usb and then right click on all of them and click properties, its in there somewhere.

 

im willing to be there is nothing wrong with your key board at all, and its a USB issue, or if you have faulty usb hubs, but one works fine, get a usb hub. but try my first suggestion first.
