Cheeseot Posted October 22, 2017 Share Posted October 22, 2017 I needed some support with my new keyboard, I wanted to make a ticket, but after I registered, it asked me for my shipping info, I entered it, clicked submit, and the site redirected me to the same page but with my country and province missing. I've tried it multiple times since yesterday, but that's all that's happening. I enter the info, press submit, and get redirected to the same page but with those 2 fields empty. Cheeseot Posted October 26, 2017 Author Share Posted October 26, 2017 I did, I followed the link I got in my email, and I also tried clicking the red link on the login page. But no matter what I do, after I enter my password I get asked for shipping information, I enter it, press submit, the website says "Your information has been updated" and then I get redirected back to here https://i.imgur.com/zbdjNgC.png with the country and province fields empty.
