Evanlet Posted October 25, 2017 Share Posted October 25, 2017 I made a thread asking about warranty on the Stand-off screws as they came broken, and the thread was deleted. I created a support ticket nearly 3 days ago that has not been answered and have provided all information asked, and have not received a reply. Provided that the system is having issues or there are just that many tickets and support staff are busy, I can understand. However, considering what I've just witnessed here where threads are completely ignored by staff and mine was just deleted without notice, I'm assuming that Corsair staff are refusing to answer and trying to bury it. I spend thousands on Corsair products and if this is the kind of support one can expect from the company then as a consumer I'll take my business elsewhere and advise all my friends, who also spend thousands on Corsair products, to avoid this business as well.
