noopi70
Yesterday I changed my corsair utility engine from my C to my D drive because my C drive is almost full. After I changed it to my D drive my dolby would not turn on, when I click on the dolby button in the utility engine it switches but it doesn't work? I've been looking for a solution but have not found anything. The only thing I see is that there is a new option in my sound properties. Between "Open Volume Mixer" and "Playback devices" is now "surround sound (none)" Can anyone help me please! I will put some images in the post. (It is in dutch, sorry) (Ruimtelijk geluid = surround sound) (geen = none) http://i.imgur.com/I9HQmhz.png http://i.imgur.com/WX9iJlX.png
Toasted
That tab is not the surround option for the headset, It is part of Windows creators update.. It is in CUE. Does anything happen when you enable Dolby via CUE?

Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted July 17, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 17, 2017 When you moved the install, did you perform a complete uninstall, then a fresh install on the D drive?
WarFox89
The problem is the CUE driver 2.15 I have the same issue. If you notice you also can't change presets in the CUE it's just doesn't take effect. You can switch between them but the sound remains the same. Only solution right now is to uninstall CUE 2.15 completely and install 2.14 instead. You can DL it from this link - https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=23&v_code=53675&v_langue=en
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted July 24, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 24, 2017 Not sure if you saw the post I made before, but our developers are aware of an issue in the latest 2.15.83 version of CUE that affects audio. It should be corrected in the next update. Feel free to PM me so I can notify you once the fix is released.

Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted November 6, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 6, 2017 Can you verify which version of CUE you have installed on your PC? Also, have you tried reinstalling your sound drivers in the Device Manager?
