picklestine Posted July 1, 2018 Share Posted July 1, 2018 hi everyone i'm having problems with my H100i v2 plugged into my commander pro on the lastest update of iCUE. It shows up on the home page sometimes (other times I have to go to device manager and disable and enable its usb device) and I can change its settings my it doesn't seem to take effect, its lights don't change and the pump doesn't seem to change speed. On the dashboard it doesn't show up at all and every time i restart the PC the H100i v2 setting reset to default. I'm using heaps of corsair product and the H100 v2 seems to be the only one misbehaving if anyone has a idea on whats going on please let me know, thanks in advanced Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DevBiker Posted July 1, 2018 Share Posted July 1, 2018 A couple of questions for ya ... 1) Do you have any other monitoring tools running that also monitor the H100i V2? (e.g. HWInfo, etc)? 2) Do you have Windows Fast Start enabled? 3) Have you checked your BIOS to see if Fast Start is enabled (try disabling it) and XHCI Handoff is enabled (it should be)?
