ccarr313 Posted September 27, 2018 Share Posted September 27, 2018 I'm currently dead in the water. My keyboard seemed dead, but i figured out that it seems to be corrupt firmware. I got it to boot into the firmware update mode, but i cannot find the firmware file online for the life of me. I filed a ticket.........but am i really supposed to wait days for a file that shoule be available on the site? This seems insane. Any link or info on where i can find new firmware for a strafe RGB would be much appreciated. If i can't find it soon, im going to have to go buy a new keyboard..........although i admit, i am a little irritated already that i cant just download the firmware directly from corsair's website. We don't have firmware files publicly available as they are very specific per device, and using the wrong one could make the device un-revivable.
