I logged a RMA and was advised that the required parts would be shipped to me as shipping the unit back to Corsair could cost the same as purchasing a new cooler. I received a shipment from you guys 2 days ago but found that only the 1 item had been shipped. Now i wanting to find out if the other item will still be shipped or what i should do.
