Failure normal blinking green led till i hit bios and the Windows Password mask. After Windows is loading the Autostart (such as CUE) the fast blink green led happends. When i close the CUE i have normal sound and the normal blinking green led i tried that steps before: Headset charged to 100% Headset and dongle paired again. Headset is the main audio-device in windows Headset hardware removed in Windows hardware monitor Windows show me the audio feedback with the green signal - but there is not test sound at all I tried all USB-Ports. USB 2 and 3 There is no mute function active. Windows audio is set to 100% CUE software repaired The CUE software detects the headset. I got service sound on the headset in CUE Firmware Headset / Dongle is 0.15 CUE Software is 2.19.65 Windows Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 Systembuild 16299.64 Someone got a hint for me? GeraltVonRiva Posted November 19, 2017 Author Share Posted November 19, 2017 Strange thing, i found a workaround by myself. i only have sound with active CUE-Software running when i gonna deactivate and activate again the Headphone-Microphone Device in the Windows "Sound - recording device" Setting. The Overall Sound is pretty good, but i got several disconnections over time - i hear every 5-10minutes the connection "beep" in my Headset. I loose the connection in 2-3 meter distance -and theres no wall between me and the dongle. Solutions: Might help somebody to deactivate the USB Powersafer in Windows 10 Energy-Settings -> Additional Settings -> prefered Energy-plan -> extended settings -> USB-Settings -> selective USB-energysafer - DEACTIVATE. In addition to that i put the USB Dongle in a USB Docking station - so it has a stand. The range is extended much more. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
