Default CUE not detecting Corsair VOID wireless

Hi

My CUE wont detect my Corsair VOID wireless Yellow version. It does work though. I can use it on teamspeak and listen to music on it. But this is only in stereo and I cant change the RGB.
I already owned a M65 RGB Mouse before I installed the VOID. So i already had the software installed. I am using version 1.12.75.

Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance

Reinstall CUE and see if that helps.
If it doesn't, Check the drivers the headset is currently using via Device Manager. If they are not Corsair's, manually install the driver via Device Manager.

Default path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine\driver\audio

Hi there, I'm having similar issues.

CUE has been reinstalled a few times, I've booted a few times, and slowly gone through some other processes step by step just to be sure I wasn't messing up. Things to note:
1. The USB blinks white when the headset is off, but when turned on, whether wired or wireless, the USB (always attached to the charger/extender) goes solid white.
2. I charged the headset all night. It has a solid green light now.
3. Plugging the charge cord to a few usb's (all 3.0 and powered) the drivers are "installed correctly" but then I plug in the headset and nothing happens.
4. Going with three...I can't use the headset at all. My computer can't find it, with or without CUE. It won't deliver any sound because it's just not an option.
My specs according to CUE:

GPU : AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5800 Series
CPU : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz
Memory : 8.00 GB RAM (7.93 GB usable)
Current resolution : 1600 × 900, 59 Hz
Operating system : Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

So I meet the requirements for the headset to work, for sure.

I'm confused that the USB can still be paired to the headset, but it won't show up on the computer/CUE. I figure I may need to manually install the firmware update, since I can't do it through CUE. Is there a link to this? Is there something else I need to be doing?

EDIT: I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER.

The instructions stated that I could plug the wifi adapter into the charger, then the charger into the PC. This does not work. The drivers for the headset are directly in the "dongle" and it needs to be plugged in directly to the PC in order for the transfer to happen. Sorry, I'm a foooool!
