Question [code] - the days of 80 column cards are no more

Currently looking as http://forum.corsair.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode I can't find how to make a [code] block wider.

Is this possible and if not please can it be made possible?

It would also be good if the default width of a [code] block was the width of the window which is the case for a [quote] block.

Question Bug in [list=23] processing?

When I use [list=23] why does it start from 1?
  1. I expected/hoped this to be #23
  2. Is there any way I can make this say #42?
  3. I tried [*=42] + [42] but they did not work.
I wished to do this several times and have thus far failed to find out how.

Thank you for looking. It made me wonder what would/should happen to [code] within [quote].

You can't start an automated ordered list from a pre-determined number if that's what you're asking.

Thank you. That is what I was hoping for or an error report about badly formed BBC. I guess the BBC parser just treats any number as meaning a numbered list starting from 1.

Question Can [code] be changed to be the width of the screen?

I was looking at http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=786918 and wondering, did you ever find a way to make [code] sections wider please?

Can [code] be changed to be the width of the screen as is the situation with [quote]?
