dhkimboa Posted December 12, 2017 Share Posted December 12, 2017 Im still deciding if to return this keyboard or not while I play pubg and Im doing literally nothing it moves to the left by its own... on League, when I recall it moves by itself to top wth I've been searching everywhere but I dont encounter anyone else with the same issue. help!? Couple steps you can try and resolve the issue: 1) Try a different position for the BIOS switch next to the cables on the back of the keyboard 2) Unplug the keyboard, hold ESC, plug the keyboard back in, then release ESC after 5 secs 3) Try different USB stack on the motherboard 4) Force a firmware update through the Global Settings (Gear Wheel) in CUE Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can also provide a part number if you're not sure. K95 RGB Platinum doesn't have the switch, and would need to be changed in the CUE software in the Global Settings.
