Did I Brick my MP500 SSD?

Hello,

A few months ago I got an MP500, and have been using it to boot my games. I recently upgraded my CPU, and decided it was a good time to put Windows on the MP500.

I was having issues, and ended up clearing the drive in DiskPart. I decided to install Windows on the SATA Kingston SSD instead, and loaded up Corsair SSD Toolbox.

Attached is an image of what the 120GB MP500 looks like in Toolbox right now.

It turns out, the Toolbox isn't even detecting the M.2 SSD to be a Corsair SSD. I am now realizing that clearing the drive was probably a bad idea. Is it fixable?
