Using a Force SATA 3 90 GB as a dual boot drive?

I want to know how to format and partition your SSD (Force SATA 3_90 GB)for a dual boot drive. I need both Win XP and Windows 7 so I can utilize some of my favorite old games and still play Skyrim and other newer titles on Windows 7. Could you please post me the step-by-step instructions, plus a link to the firmware needed to run this Corsair SSD. I bought it a while ago and it's sat in it's package, not being used for about 3 years. (Maybe 2?) Let me know?:o::feedback:

This tutorial may help.

If you want to check whether your SSD is on the latest firmware, connect the drive to your computer via SATA data port with AHCI enabled and run the Corsair SSD Toolbox.

If the SSD has not been used yet, you won't need to do any other steps e.g. a secure erase in order to use the drive.
