There are definitely issues with the wave, both pre-programmed Color Wave and the manual Wave effect. It is choppy, slow, and much like what you describe. *I'll take the first part back. I rolled back to 3.2.87 last night and can't check yet. My HD-120 fans have looked choppy as well since this release. This is with a custom lighting effect as well.
