PackElend
Hallo, I'm planning to upgrade from 8 GB to 16 GB ram but the Asus P8H61-M EVO only supports single sided (high density) DIMMs and I cannot find any information in the specifications. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what kind of DIMM it is double or single sided. Can anyone help. Thank you Stefan

Corsair Employee Corsair Art Posted April 3, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 3, 2018 Having ICs on both sides would be the answer, low density.
PackElend
Having ICs on both sides would be the answer, low density. there are plenty of explanation out there about single & double sided and first, second etc rank. They say that what you say isn't an indicator
Corsair Employee Corsair Art Posted April 3, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 3, 2018 For this module it would, and I was addressing your question about it being single sided. You have ICs on both sides of the module.
