Default Can someone Please look at Ticket #882543

Hi please can an employee please have a look at the ticket i have submitted.

Its a serious problem with my unit, i love the corsair one, i love how compact it is and ease of use, but it has died in just over 1 year, and now it wont even get past log on screen before black screen and having to hard reset. The desktop is ruined

I got a reply , been told to reset cmos on my unit which I will do when I finish work, I hope this solves the issue,

So update, tried resetting cmos like requested, still nothing, now my unit wont even work on any monitor , using both display ports or using hdmi

very fustrating
