Ninjamoogle
Hey, I purchased a corsair m95 and k70 a couple of days ago. The mouse arrived today and the keyboard will likely turn up tomorrow. I plugged in the m95 to my computer and though it works like a regular point and click mouse it's not recognised as a corsair m95 and therefore can't have the firmware installed and I can't customise the buttons etc. I'm concerned the k70 will have a similar issue when they turns up too. I had a quick look through the forums and there was an awesome thread that detailed this issue however after hours of attempts I couldn't get anything to work. I'm running Windows 8.1, my motherboard is a gigabyte, I unfortunately don't know the model though I can find the box (system info only displays the brand not the model), I'm running an amd fx 6300. Is there anyway of getting the drivers separately to manually install? Any help would be hugely appreciated, Thanks.
terabyte
Which software package did you download to use with the M95? The M95 does not use the latest CUE software used for the RGB keyboards but it uses an older one, you can download it from this link: http://downloads.corsair.com/download?item=Files/Gaming-Mice/M95-setup-091913.zip Manual link: http://www.corsair.com/~/media/Corsair/download-files/manuals/Vengeance_M90_Software_Users_Guide.pdf
Ninjamoogle
Yeah, that's the one I downloaded. Though when I use it it asks me to connect the mouse via USB when it's already connected. I've tried multiple usb ports as well.
Toasted
The drivers for the M95 should be included with the firmware updater. Go to the install folder for the firmware updater then click the drivers folder, which architecture and install the drivers. If that does not help, try to install the drivers through Device Manager.
