Extreme Cooling Custom Build with 27 Corsair Fans

If you guys like the build, have suggestions or are curious about performance or tricks such as how to run large amounts of fan through corsair commander or other fan controllers please feel free to comment.

Goals:

• Workstation concept with power supply, hard drives and other critical components above the water.
  
• Symmetrical hard tube layout with even lines
  
• PWN Fan control via water temperature
  
• Parallel/and or Serial design with radiator cooling in between components
  
• Active back-row fan cooling for CPU VRMs
  
• Able to run 3 d5 pumps at full speed without blowing out pipes
  
• Capable of taming processors such as the I9 7980xe heavily overclocked
